I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was fantastic, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of Liverpool. The service was attentive, making our stay very pleasant. The dining experience left a bit to be desired, but overall, it was a great value for the money.
The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, close to all main attractions. The rooms have a great style, are in good condition, and come with 2 double beds, but upon close inspection, there were some issues in the actual bedroom. The service was attentive, although there was a slight inconvenience when another member of our party had to produce another form of ID that they wanted to copy. The dining experience was satisfactory with a decent soup available. The facilities were modern and functional.
